Question and construction
The preprint proposes an associative noncommutative algebra and temporal spectral triple linking inner-cycle generation with outer evolution. Hierarchical compactification is used to motivate spatial dimensionality and possible spectral accounts of mass, energy and gauge structure.
Scope of the result
A mode-count exponent, finite operational distance and dynamically stable locality are separate reconstruction requirements. The supplied examples can test these requirements, but they do not by themselves establish necessary physical three-space or derive the Standard Model from temporal ontology.
Based on the public preprint abstract and existing A211. The counting and quotient examples are exact under their stated inputs; they do not prove necessary three-dimensional physical space.
