Ibn Arabi studies award: the 2025 archive record
Two award announcements, with the recipients kept distinct.
Ibn Arabi International Award for Studies
The Arabic announcement preserved in the author’s earlier folder records the 2025 Ibn Arabi International Award for Studies for Mohamed Haj Yousef. It identifies the Sulthaniya International Institute of Ibn Arabi Studies (SIIIAS) as the organizing institute.
The related Sheikh al-Akbar International Award announcement names Sheikh Muhammad Bava Ustad. That award concerns a different recipient and should not be conflated with the author’s studies award.
This page is based on the supplied author archive. The linked original announcement provides the source context.
Connections with the author’s work
The author’s work on Ibn al-Arabi includes the study of time and cosmology, the Single Monad interpretation, translations of selected treatises and contributions to comparative discussions of time. The bibliography separates authored studies from translations and chapter contributions.
